When Paradigm Therapeutic Day School opened its doors in Midland Park, Jeffrey welcomed a first cohort of 12 students into a 21,000-square-foot space designed to be small, therapeutic, intimate, and responsive — beginning each day with a 20–25 minute "mindful morning" before learning begins.
